Robert Half Technology is seeking a Software Tester to join the Software Development Team of a International Consulting Firm located in Annapolis, MD.

Our client, a world-wide provider of IT Solutions is seeking “2” Software Testers. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing software testing processes as well as doing the hands-on testing. Experience with automated testing tools is highly desirable.

Candidates must meet the requirements below to be considered for position.

Analyzing requirements, designing and executing manual and automated test cases, test conditions.

Defect reporting and tracking -Mercury Quality Center, Test Director experience preferred.

Designing validation/test plans and test strategies.

Excellent understanding of industry standard testing methodologies, processes, and procedures

Experience with Automated test methodologies and Automation Frameworks is desired.

Participate in the design and planning of automated test architecture and implementations.

Strong team player who is proficient at time management and multitasking and is able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.

Metrics gathering, analysis, and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly motivated team player who performs well in a team-oriented environment.

Good communication/interpersonal skills and candidate must be customer service oriented.
