You are a guru in UI development, a very strong C/C++ developer with experience in developing applications on a Linux/Un*x environment, experience programming in QT or GTK and X11, and a solid background in OpenGL.

Responsibilities:
* Developing software to create the HyperSpace windowing environment
* Developing publications and applets for the Hyperspace Windowing environment
* Porting third party and open source applications into HyperSpace

Required Skills:
* Strong C/C++ developer
* Six to eight years of experience in developing applications on Linux using GTK and/or X11. Would consider strong GUI engineers with QT and Windows experience
* Solid background in OpenGL
* Strong background in Systems, including networking, memory management, IPC.
* Background in software performance optimization preferable
